I heard the house sold for a pretty penny.

I've tried many Google search combinations of The Ropers / Townhouse / address/ and Chevoit Hills but I an't find any info. on location.
but I know (as you may already) in the show it's called Royal Dale Townhouses.
Go for it or just be a gopher!

shareThat's great to know. Thanks for answering my question! I looked on Zillow, and it sold for over $1Million. There are some interior pics too. Even though a million is probably not a lot by LA standards these days, it's still a big hunk of cash. The unit is a far cry from the middle-class house it was supposed to be in the Roper show!
