I found the Real People theme song

After searching through a bunch old audio tapes I came across an old recording of the opening theme. I recall taping it with a boombox that I simply placed in front of the TV. The audio is not that clear due to this and age also I suspect. I figure based on other things on the tape I'd say I did this around 1983. Tape also contained among other things the Knight Rider theme song, the A Team theme song and the classic HBO opening theme with the city flyover sequence.

I remember that vividly.

It's been about 20 years since I last saw the show, but I also seem to remember at the very end of the theme, some kid fingering his nose at the camera, and sticking his tounge out, on that very last note.

80's reality TV was so much better than todays crap.

Any idea who the theme song was by
(composer/artist/group/performers)???
