Scene in Shower Room that Pushed the Limits of Implied Nudity??

Some time, many years ago, I remember seeing a scene on a TV show that would have aired on one of the major US networks. This was probably about 30 years ago. I remember one or two of the actresses who were regulars on the show, and I thought were very good looking, were involved in this scene. I think the show may have been The Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo and the actresses were Tara Buckman and Amy Botwinick but I'm not 100% sure. The way I recall the scene (and my brain may have embellished things over the years) they were in a locker/shower room. It may have had both genders sharing the room. It seemed they had one of the females leaving a single shower stall, passing a guy, who then went into it, and there may have been some verbal exchange between them. The way the scenes were framed you didn't see anything, but if the those involved were wearing anything it had to be among the skimpiest coverings ever. I believe they showed the back of the actresses clear down to just barely above their butts, from the front they appeared to be topless with just a towel barely covering them. At the time it was about as far as I had seen a TV show go with showing skin.

So my question is, was this scene from an episode of Sheriff Lobo? Looking at the list of episodes it seems The Dirtiest Girls in Town (30 December 1980) is a good candidate.
