Idea for a new Hart to Hart TV Movie.

I had this idea for a new tv movie about the Harts. It's Jonathan's and Jennifer's 50th wedding anniversary. Jennifer is now a published author writing about her and Jonathan's adventures and solving crime. Just then A Hollywood Producer calls them about turning the books into movies. They meet the Producer, a Writer(who wants to turn these books into a comedy.) And the actors who would play the role of Jonathan and Jennifer. Also there is a new Max. The original Max has a Grandson also named Max who works for the Harts.

This is actually a pretty good idea. I think it needs some kind of mystery though. It needs something to interest people to watch. But then again how much mystery will a 77-90 yr old solve? Also, more realistic would be their 40th as they would have been married around 1977ish.

It would be great to see a reunion movie for the two of them, and the original posters ideas are great, but there would have to be a murder twist. Perhaps the producer wanting to make the movie gets killed somehow? Unfortunately I don't think this would ever come about since in today's world no one would watch it except us die hard fans. A show revolving around an elderly couple just won't fly. Although, Wagner and Powers both look great, elegant as always so they could definitely pull it off. Fox probably still owns the rights and should do it. Actually, it's kind of surprising that the franchise wasn't extended with newer actors playing the roles. Hollywood loves to rehash old stuff, especially what they already own the rights to.

I heard that they were going to reboot H2H. Amy Poelher (not sure how to spell her name) and some guy were interviewing Robert and Stefanie about it. Then the whole thing got squashed. I just hope they (Hollywood) don't reboot H2H. There is NO ONE in Hollywood that can recreate the roles of Jennifer and Jonathan Hart.

This is not accurate. Amy and Adam Scott are comedians, and they did a parody. They then made it that much better by doing a tongue in cheek interview with them. Half the questions weren't even serious, and the two of them knew it. The reboot rumors have nothing to do with Amy and Adam.
