In the pilot episode Natalie mentioned a dress her sister gave her and that her sister was a flight attendant. After the first season she never said anything about having a sister.

It's kind of the opposite of Blair having a never before mentioned sister in season 4.

I believe that sister of Blair's was actually a step sister.

I always wondered if they had keep Natalie's sister if she would have been adopted too.

The only sister I remember Blair having is Bailey, who was born probably around the 4th season. Blair was upset that her mother was pregnant at "her age". The baby is born in a snow storm, or something, maybe is was Christmas, in a small town hospital.

Her sister is one of the guest speakers at their Career Day (when Tootie's father wants to take her out of Eastland). She's not a credited character though and then disappears.

Was she still a flight attendant or did her career suddenly change?

I think she was still a flight attendant since the actress was wearing a uniform. They really didn't show too much of her- maybe a split second.
