Anybody else think Roy is annoying and a dork? Even Jo can't stand him!

He's the bakery delivery boy who randomly shows up at Eastland and hits on Jo. I don't care that he's a dork, but Jo made her feelings quite clear and he kept hitting on her and it was really uncomfortable, IMO.

I thought it was so ironic when, I think it was the graduation episodes, he met and fell for Alexandra and tried to keep it from Jo. Like Jo would have been upset. She probably would have planned the wedding for free!

Was roy supposed to have a mental/intellectual disability? just how he acted--it was less severe than the guy he hired who Blair fell for (they called him 'retared) but it just seems like he was kinda 'slow' using our terminology now.
