My unanimous pick is Cindy played by Julie Anne Haddock.

This is a tough I will say Cindy played by Julie Anne Haddock. See episode one: Rough Housing and episode eleven: Running. Molly played by Molly Ringwald a close second. Episode twelve first season and episode one my favorites..Slightly favored episode one because it was very first show and taught a great lesson.
