Whatever Happened to Amy Stryker?
Checking Amy Stryker's (she was Muffin the Bride) filmography in IMDB, I was surprised she hardly ever did anything after A Wedding, and nothing since 1984.
Anyone know why or what became of her?
I was always under the impression that Amy Stryker changed her name after "A Wedding" to Amy Wright. In fact the actress Amy Wright looks an awful lot like Amy Sryker. Coincidence?
They do look alike but they are not the same person.
shareI just finished watching A Wedding and one of the first things I did was look up Amy Stryker on this site. It is very odd that there is no mention of her after 1984. Did she die? Did she drop out of the business? Is she doing theater somewhere? Enquiring minds want to know!

Amy Stryker got married shortly after she did the movie " A Wedding" then she had two children and lives a very happy life and has a very talented daughter who is 21 and now very interested in acting. I know this because i am her daughters best friend.
shareI'm very happy to hear Amy Stryker has a happy life away from Hollywood. She was one of the early successes in the drama department at the N.C. School of the Arts here in Winston-Salem. I think her name in those days was Amy Wood. It is a pity that she didn't work more in film.
