Fred Wards first!

The movie "Tilt" starring Brooke Shields is from 1979.

This could not be a 1971 movie, because I remember portions being filmed in Corpus Christi in 1978. I missed a phone call and someone else got to cover it for my TV station and I missed my chance of meeting Brooke Shields. "Pretty Baby" had not yet been released when "Tilt" was being filmed. I recall it as coming out in summer 1978, Tilt sometime later.

"Late actor"? You imbecile. Fred Ward is alive and well, and still looking pretty good I might add.

Please check your facts before posting such erroneous information like that. In fact, you're wrong in both statements, the information being right there in front of you.

Brooke would have only been 6 yrs old in 1971 so toss that fact out and
Fred Ward is not dead. You must be confusing another movie and actor with this movie.

I always thought his first movie role was in the Jodie Foster film 'Carny.'
