Where is this revealing mistake?

I read it about it on Jabootu, I read about it here, but despite watching the setting-fire-to-Houston scene more than once I have never been able to find that moment when crewmembers are visible running toward a burning car to hose it down with water. (And considering how many other "errors" mentioned in Jabootu reviews turn out not to be, I'm starting to wonder if it really happens at all.)

Can anyone tell me exactly when this occurs? It bugs me that I can't find it.
