shareHonestly this was a very great film. Yes it is dated in the technical aspects but it hold up exactly where it counts which is characters, music and story. That is what makes this stand the test of time and have so much influence. It is amazing how this was the first superhero blockbuster and boy did they do their homework with this film. It had a great talented cast of veterans and newcomers that just oozed charisma. Christopher Reeve is still the best Superman to date and honestly I do not see him being topped he was absolutely outstanding in the role.
