Did anyone else here, notice this certain goof? It's in the scene when Julia and Carolyn drive off and Peter and Rachel are speaking outside. I think she asks him "What is it? What does she have that has you and Mike so enchanted?" and he says something like "I don't know, some people are just special"....

Then he starts walking toward the front door of the house but then pauses...he turns to Rachel and says "I like her"...then RIGHT after he says that he smile right at the camera....it's so obvious...it's pretty funny. Anyway, did anyone else notice that?

@lil_miss_independent92 He looks like a possessed marionette, and is unintentionally scarier than anything else in the movie:

I thought so too as I watched the movie. Now that I see people are suggesting he was mugging for the camera, I watched it again and it does kinda look like that. If so, that is hilarious.

It's not listed in the goofs, but when the orange Dodge Charger has the hood pop open and the brakes stop working, when the car drives off the road, it cuts to a shot of the car coming at the camera.

And mounted wildly obviously onto the passenger window is a motion picture camera, rigging and all. They only used that camera's footage when the car was still on the road.

Not very well thought out, those few shots.

I think the goofs are listed by IMDB users. I think I tried adding it to the list of goofs but for some reason it didn't work. I will try again.

I watched the scene and I did not see him look into the camera as he was smiling. It looked like he was looking straight at Rachel.

Oh. I just watched this film again. Looks like he is looking at the camera. He isn't looking Rachel.

is saying? I love this movie. it is awesome. and i love linda blair. thanks
