Does anyone know where the real Arkham Tower is?

Does anyone know the exact address of the real Arkham Tower? All it says on IMDB is that it was filmed at Warner Brothers. Was - and is there still - a real building named Arkham Tower, or did the film company just put up a sign outside the entrance that said Arkham Tower? Also were the interior scenes a set, or a real apartment?

I just want to find out what the real one is like, but I can't find it online...

Although a lot of the establishing shots and scenes show it to take place in downtown Los Angeles, the towers were actually in Santa Monica at 2700 and 2800 Neilson Way. I'll be doing a special entry on this film this fall at my website www.set-jetter.com.

Interiors were all sets at Warner Bros.
