I don't think so. He is in deadly duo, though, which you should check out. it was choreagraphed by the director of master killer.
He's also in clans of intrigue, which is based on a famous kung fu character the prince of thieves. it has a sequel the legend of the bat. the prince of thieves is a top martial artist as well as a playboy. he's sort of the james bond of the east. i believe his character comes out of a series of kung fu novels.

So I got the info wrong then and he wasn't in this movie.
Of all the "Sort Of Famous" Hong Kong actors of the 1970's , Wang Kuan Hsiung seems to be the most obscure.
