Make it legendary, Get it into the TOP 250

Okay, this movie is legendary allready, but that's mostly to the genre-fans. But hey, if it got into the "Top 250 Movies of All Time" here on IMDb, that would be huge..

I read in another thread something about it needs 1500 votes to get there. I've used my dear TI-83Plus to make a program that says exactly what it need to get into the charts.

Right now it have 8.2/10. If it stays at 8.2, it will need more than 3500 votes. But hey, that's nothing!

If we want to get The 36th Chamber of Shaolin into the Top 250 Movies of All Time, we can. I don't think it's that hard. There must be hundreds of internet-sites where you can shout out to people to vote for The 36th Chamber of Shaolin. Anyone who enjoy Kung Fu-films would love to see this happend.

And if fans started flooding here voting, there would be loads of 10s, thus the rankings will go up and BANG, 3500 votes, it's now ATLEAST 8.4, wich would give it a WR about 7,979, and it would be About #180, right there above Monsters Inc. :D

CONCLUTION

If it gets a bit over 3500 votes, it will be in Top 250. If it's enough many 10s of these new votes, it could climb REALLY HIGH too!

About the same time as it gets in there, it will also get into the TOP 50 Action Movies!

So don't just sit there, spread the word! Not everyone is reading this forum, so it must be spread in all possible ways and on all possible sites!

Lets make The 36th Chamber of Shaolin not only a legendary piece of work in Chinese- and Kung Fu cinema, but a piece of history of films in general!

If people like it, then they will rate it, but please do not rate it with a 10 for the sake of the genre. I have watched seven samurai (#5 in to 250) and although it was the first movie, it was boring (I have watched the extended version of 3,5 hours).

I liked this movie but the ending was crappy, wasn't it?

keep in mind that the only votes that count for the yop 250 are from voterrs who vote a lot and ona regular basis. so just the votes random people who register just to give it a ten, will not count. don't get me wrong i'm all for getting this on the top 250, just thought i'd remind you of this.
