Sally Field and Burt Reynolds were an item when this was shot. When Miami plays Green Bay in the mud (chap 5 on dvd) one of the people in the stands looks like Sally Field, granted she is wearing a scarf and sun glasses but I swear it is her. Seeing as they were an item at the time it would make total sense.

I was just watching this on cable, and came across this scene. It is not Sally Field. The eyes don't look like hers.
