Need Help To Find Certain Movie

Hello Everybody,

Can someone help me?

Many years ago I saw a British childrens movie. It must have been from the 70-ies. Only thing I can remember were kids who used radio controlled model airplanes armed with darts to stop the car of a villain. They punctured the tires of the car with the darts.

Can someone tell which movie it was? It's a question I have for over 25 years.
