How hard would this version be to come by?

See I have a copy of this movie on tape which is i think produced by orion along with some company called streamline pictures. Apparantly this is part of a series of I assume to be OVA's (a trailer for which are shown before the movie begins on this tape) called Video Comics. I have at least two other tapes in this series: Dark City is one, and Dirty Pair: Affair on Nolandia is the other. I'm surprised no one bothered to add these companies to the listing under companies on the IMDB page for this movie.
