Toho/Frontier voices

I've been doing some digging in the past few months or so, in order to find the voices of the Toho/Frontier dub. William Ross and Greg Starr have already been confirmed as Samurai and Detective Ed Scott, respectively, and voice recognition managed to identify Mike Worman as Mamaux, Patricia Kobayashi as Margo, and Don Knode as Gordon and the Police Commissioner. However, progress on finding the voices has stalled for some reason, so I decided to take my search to the Mamo dedicatees here. Good sources for voice recognition that have been used to identify the voices of Mamaux, Margo, Gordon, and the Police Commissioner include "Vengeance of the Space Pirate", "Swan Lake", and "Revenge of the Ninja Warrior", all of which were released by Celebrity Home Entertainment and Best Film and Video Corp. with the exception of "Swan Lake" (which came from Media Home Entertainment).

I have a suspicion that Cliff Harrington was the voice of Jigen, but I can't be too sure. Also, another Mamo dedicatee from Wikipedia thought at one point that Toby Williams, the voice of Jiro in "Revenge of the Ninja Warrior", has a small chance of being the one who voiced Lupin (though even he wasn't very sure).
