Dreyfus kidnapping Clouseau

In "Revenge" Clouseau mentions that Simone's apartment was fimiliar to him because Dreyfus had once kidnapped him, and his apartment was in the same building. Does anyone know which movie this (Dreyfus kidnapping Clouseau) happened in?

He never said anything about being kidnapped. He just recognized the building as being owned by Dreyfus.

Yup, the building was familiar to him becouse Dreyfus lived there.
