What is the difference between these two versions of the film with different running times? The version that used to play on Turner Classic Movies ran 98 minutes (which the IMDb claims was the running time of the British prints of the film) but the version on the new DVD is the 104 minute version. Any ideas as to what scenes are different between these two?

I don't think there is a 104 minute version, it must be an error on the DVD packaging. The only version I'm aware of is the standard 99 minute version, which in PAL runs 95 minutes.
