'It's green' 'It is?'
I'm really not that deef and usually get all the British and foreign humor, but after watching the scene a few times I still don't understand what Clouseau though he/she meant and was therefore so funny.
Help anyone?
He thought she was referring to his yoohoo or her hooha. But then he realized she was talking about the traffic light. He thought she was coming on to him.

I knew it had to do with the traffic light but didn't see what was so funny. You explanation makes sense, a little risque for earlier Pink Panther movies in the 60's, but maybe not for 1978.
