I thought she and Christopher Lee were great. They probably had a 'laugh' being able to let their hair down in a Disney flick.

Yeah... It was fun to see two screen "legends" share the screen together. Of course Davis is considered much more of a legend then Lee... But I grew up watching the British Hammer Horror films, so in my opinion, they are both legends of the silver screen.

I think they had fun showing their acting chops with the material; lesser actors might not make it work as well. They took the material seriously and didn't ham it up, except Davis a little but she had the funnier role. Both very good.
