Funny then and funny now.

Saw this at an AMC 4 plex in '78. Laughed so hard at the absurdity of it and knowing all the character actors helped. You definitely need a twisted sense of humor to enjoy it. Just watched it again on Youtube and still laughed at many parts. I'm probably one of the few who owns the Laserdisc of this movie. Oh well, to each his own.
