is this the movie... (Possible Spoilers)

I clearly remember the whole pool scene where the two kids get it and then get killed, but there are a few others I want to confirm. I saw this movie about ten years ago so if these scenes are in it I'll probably watch it again.

1. Guy has legs in water and he might be feeding fish. He gets legs eaten off.

2. Director and hot chick are on boat. Chick jumps in and he films her, but she ends up getting killed. I can't remember if he dies.

3. It ends with people running back into the beach and it turns red, revealing that the piranhas survived and got into the ocean.

4. Mayor of camp or of town kills himself with bullet to head.

If these are all in the film just say a simple yes if you want. Thanks.

Next Question, Is this the movie that milhouse is talking about int the episode of the simpsons when he says "What? I'm more worried about pirhanas. Did you see that movie where they send a nuclear submarine to fight the pirhanas, and one of them swims right down the periscope and bites the guy in the eye, and he goes, "Aah! Aah! Aah!", and that old lady told him it would happen?"
