Was trying to remember if this is the same movie where a guys head came off.I think it was the old man in the hospital.Wanted to make sure it was the same movie before I purchased it.Also can anyone tell me which version is the full cut?

shareI am a die hard Highlander fan.It was not that.The scene I'm thinking of is in a hospital,I think a mental health unit.This older guy with grey crazy hair is freaking out because he thinks he's going to lose his head and this character with mental powers,a younger guy messes with his mind and the old guy pulls his head off with his bare hands.I thought it was "patrick"1978 because there was an old guy with grey hair in it but watched it and it's not,it looks like the guy unless there is a unrated version

Seriously though - what about "Legacy"? It's got the same feel as "Patrick" (I often get confused as to which bit is in which movie). It's also got Roger Daltrey, who's a Patrick lookalike.
I don't remember a guy pulling his own head off, but Daltrey gets a tracheotomy

The decapitation scene is from the first Omen.No,the movie I can't think of is about this young man who's mother died in a house explosion.He has these mental powers that when he is scared or angry,his thoughts come true.Some old guy at a hospital was going crazy thinking he was going to lose his head so the young guy made it happen.Not sure if his head really came off or if he just made the old guy think it came off.At the end of the movie the young guy see's his mother looking at him from the window of a house.The young man goes into the house excepting his fate that he will die,and the house explodes.It was an older movie from late 70's to early 80's.I thought it might be this movie"Patrick" because it mentioned mind control and it took place in a hospital but I saw it online and it is not.I saw what Patrick looked like and it is not the same guy in the movie or the same plot.Just both characters used mind control.It was a creepy movie whatever it was.The music was haunting.Oh well,not Patrick.I went to some horror movie sight where people post clues to movies and others post the movies they think it might be.I'll find out soon enough...thanks anyway.This one really has me stumped.
