ordering dvd through ebay in the UK or Amazon in UK

...I ordered the recently released dvd of Oppenheimer The Father of the Atomic Bomb, w/ Sam Waterston, our favorite TV mini series. I had my eBay account highjacked and didn't know what was going on. My shipping address was listed in Nigeria. The seller sent it to Nigeria and when I queried him, offered to send me a replacement copy at no charge! Very decent of him!

I haven't watched it yet as I have to buy an all-format dvd; these apparently are widely available at reasonable cost.

Of note is the fact that the BBC won't sell to non-members of the EU, so you can't order it thru the BBC shop.
