Not telekinesis?

I haven't read the book, still hunting down a copy, but the mention of telekinesis in the movie, and garishly on the movie poster, seems wrong to me.
Are Morlar's abilities more likened to psychokinesis?

Yeah, I thought they were synonyms. 'Psycho' (mind) plus 'kinesis' (movement of something in response to a stimulus) suggests the power of the mind to move or manipulate things.

Telekinesis is the ability to move things with your mind.
Psychokinesis is the ability to move things with your mind.

These are just two words for the same thing.
