That was cool the rookie cop partying on the beach

I found this rather interesting a rookie cop smoking pot with other people on the beach and then the guy that is working with him goes to a neighborhood bar to have a drink. It was interesting that he would claim that it is milk when it was but mixed with alcohol though. I am sure there are no police officers out there like this today.
