I'd say Fats is far more creepier then any of those little devils especially Blade the white faced puppet.

Fats will always win the creepy doll contest. It is because he is so human-like. That's what happens when you take a real person and craft a doll after him. Whoever designed that doll and put him together deserved special credit. Looks just like Hopkins.

Fats is the scarier doll by far, the puppets are more bad-ass than anything.
I will give Toulon the edge in the madness competition though. Corky was insane but he had an identifiable mental condition; on the other hand one only has to wonder how loopy a guy's mental state will get when he genuinely brings his puppets to life with the souls of his friends and uses them for years in political satire, then to kill soldiers around his town x.O.
