Enjoyable fun.

I used to have this film on VHS in the 90s and it came in a double pack with Bruce Lee Fights Back From The Grave.

I have to say, at first it reeks of cheap exploitation and I guess that's somewhat true but underneath the really corny production, the bad editing and the REALLY 70s feel it's actually an entertaining enough film. The fight scenes are really well choreographed and Bruce isn't exactly portrayed as a bad guy either so it's all good.

I think the retro feel is what goes against it the most as it does come across as really cheap and a LOT of the stuff in here was made up for the film and most of the fights probably never happened. Still, I allow biopics like this a certain amount of artistic licence and it does stretch it but it also does it well

Regardless, I had fun with this film and I'm quite a 70s-phile so I enjoyed the era too.

Ng-See Yuen went on to do some cracking martial arts films after this so it's interesting in that respect also.

Give it a whirl!
