Not unless you copy it from VHS to DVD. It's never been released, at least in the U.S. If you see copies for sale on eBay, they are probably just bootlegged copies from VHS to disc.
I don't know if this was ever released on laserdisc, either. Too bad.

Available through Netflix DVD. Watched it with high hopes and it sucked. Albert Ingalls nearly did me in but finally Eric arrived. Pretty, sexy Eric! Overacting as always. But yummy! Sarandon helped legitimize it but it was just a stinkeroo. But it was Roberts introductory role so he had to get better later, right?
