Scorpion Releasing did a wonderful job on the blu ray!!

You have got to hand it to Scorpion Releasing. They are known for releasing titles on home video (blu ray) that would otherwise stayed hidden. Killer Fish is one of them. According to the great interview on the disc this has never been released here in the states. Scorpion has done another excellent HD transfer that really gives this movie new life. The print is clean and detailed. Colors on this blu ray look really good for its age. Suppose to street Sept. 30, got mine earlier. Thanks Scorpion for another fabulous release (Oliver Stone's Seizure is another great release).

I also got the blu and need to give this fun flick a spin. Glad to hear that they did a good job!

Killer Fish is one of my alltime favorite movies and loved the transfer to Blu-Ray but was very disappointed with the mono soundtrack and also Ollie's death scene, it was cut way too short. Other than those two idiosyncrasies the Blu-Ray was great.

But the mono is the original soundtrack. Were you expecting 5.1?? It's a shame that it's cut though.

I had an old VHS copy for years which didn't have the greatest sound and my first thought when I heard it was getting a Blu-Ray release was Better Image and Sound. It looks great and the interview with Frank Pesce is great fun.

Just got my copy from Amazon. So happy to see it again haven't seen it since 1980 when The Movie Channel had it. The blu ray is fantastic. Was bothered by the Ollie death scene it was over the top, but it was a cool scene. His intestines all strung out. But still this movie is a piece of childhood that I charish. Glad to have one of my favorite movies FINALLY!!!
