In the whole franchise? I don’t know about all that. You had better check out the one in Cruel Jaws (Jaws 5).

The original takes the cake for me. Quint sliding down into the jaws of doom has scared me for life and still in my adult years gives me a slight chill. As for shark in Jaws II, it seemed a little less monstrous. Any respect I had for its mechanics went out the door when his mouth folded in this scene:
