I've seen this movie SO many times over the decades, and this is the first time I noticed Robert Duvall on the swing. Uncredited, free performance by an established star at that point. Interesting dude.

The scene is pretty much just there for talking point value. There's Robert Duvall on a swing dressed as a priest.🐭

We saw Duvall dressed as a priest on the swing and after that point just kept waiting for him to reappear...I was sad that he didn't.

But hilarious!

One of my favorite cameos... it also helps set the uneasy tone for the film.
