Extreme revenge on Bebot..
While he abandoned her and showed a lack of true love and courage did he really deserve to be beaten like that? My god.
Well Insiang basically snapped. Everyone in her life who was supposed to care for her, ended up abandoning her and now she had a reputation in the village as a whore. . She used her oppressors and users against each other for revenge. Bebot promised her he'd look after her and marry her then used her for sex when she was vulnerable and abandoned her. Then ignored her when he saw her again. He showed that he only wanted her for sex after all. She knew he was afraid of Dido who despite raping her, confessed that he was truly in love with her. So she set him and his gang on Bebot. She felt revenge was her only power to fight for herself and she used it to the extreme. One person was killed, another maimed and her mother was jailed for life.
In the end, though Dido, Bebot and her mother had gotten their come-uppance, Insiang was now all alone, abused and bitter.
