I guess the rumors are true that it is indeed Demi Moore on the cover of that VHS everyone has seen so many times.

I'm glad that cover didn't come out until 1980. I don't know when it came out, but at least she was 17 or maybe even 18 in it.

One thing I realized the millisecond the star of the movie appeared.......

She's not on the cover art of the DVD.

The original title of the film was Day of the Woman which included a less exploitative cover art. A couple years after it’s release they revamped the cover and changed the name to cash in at grind house theaters and the VHS boom was happening.
