Another Cable Short/Animation Inquiry

This short really brings back memories of the early days of cable. My friends and I used to laugh about it in the playground after lunchtime.

Does anyone remember a short from back in the day called "I Like to Read While I'm Driving"? It was an animated short with a catchy little song - the title was the chorus. Someone posted it on Youtube at one time, as I found it on a search, but it had been deleted due to copyright. I'm having trouble finding out about it.

Sorry I know this is not directly related to this film, but the other threads have people who remember these 80's cable shorts, and I've always wanted to see that one again or find out if it's available on VHS/DVD.

**notices that your post is over 3 years old** OY. I just saw this today, because this song has been traipsing through my head lately, and when I Googled it, this post was the only thing to come up! I used to watch a late-night music video show called "Rockin' America" on one of the local TV networks back in the 80's (we didn't have cable), and I remember this short from that show--I pretty much know the song by heart and I can see the cartoon playing in my head. I think I have this on VHS--I used to video-tape EVERYTHING back in the 80's (and yes, I taped songs off the radio, too!), and I might still have this someplace. I sure hope so! Can't find any reference to it anywhere, but thank you for confirming it wasn't all my imagination!
