Halloween VII

It might be cool if there were a Halloween VII that ignores all films after The Curse of Michael Myers. The films after 1995 had their moments but they mostly were Scream ripoffs (H20, Resurrection), Rob Zombie’s twisted vision (2007, 2009), and SJW (2018, Halloween Kills). It would be nice to go back to the times when Halloween was about exploring the mystery of Michael Myers and keeping him pure evil and scary and his Yin/Yang relationship with Doctor Loomis. Maybe Halloween VII could be set 25 years after Curse of Michael Myers and be about the grownup son of Michael and Jamie taking on his father’s killing nature. Perhaps it could be called Halloween: The Son of Michael Myers.
