What would Michael do if he killed Laurie?
Just wondering if Michael had killed Laurie before Loomis showed up, just choked her down like he does with Annie after stabbing her, maybe carries her body across the street.
Would Michael pretty much just give up his murder spree right there? Almost wish he got Laurie and came home, then maybe the police find him at the old Myers house and shoot him, he kills some cops and vanishes or is shot.
Would he really live in the basement/sewer area underneath his old house for decades like Resurrection implies? Or would he just stand in a trance and get captured like he does as a kid?
The movie is great but there seems to be no endgame for Michael, either he gets captured after his successful murder spree recreation, or he goes into hiding for decades and murders every single woman that reminds him of Judith Myers, while living in or near his old house.
That itself would be creepier than him escaping and getting blown up in Halloween 2, having Michael kill Laurie along with everyone else and not getting caught, just killing young teenage girls and their boyfriends for years and never being caught again, the police would only slow him down over the years but not ever kill him, Haddonfield would become a living hell.
Too bad Michael never moved on to a big city like Chicago or New York City and started stalking women that reminded him of Judith, thousands of young women would be killed by him, but a lot of them and their friends and boyfriends would fight back, Michael would have himself a field day, and the huge numbers of urban Police would be powerless to stop him too.
