Who did Michael's breathing?

Who performed Michael's breathing throughout the film? I'm sure this has been mentioned on the myriad documentaries/commentaries. I thought I read that it was Tommy Lee Wallace, but I'm not sure.

I always assumed it was Castle.Could be Wallace. I don't recall anyone mentioning it.
