He was really good in this ... i liked when he said somethign to the effect of :
"It's like you said the other day .. look out for the midgets .. they are taking over the world"
i also liked his fight scene with the woman ..."That was one tough momma!!"
That fight scene was hilarious. It also looked like it was actually Burgess Meredith himself (not a stunt double) in much (if not all) of the fight sequence. He was 71 years old when this movie was out.
I agree with you both. The fight scene had me on the floor in stitches! All scenes with the dwarf, I thought I was going to die laughing. Truly hilarious film.
When he chops the piano riser-thing "She was one tough ol' momma!"
I've also used his "I'll be over sooner than a flash-kickin' ass" line more than once.
