Has anyone noticed that the shot of the gun crew wearing protective gear, goggles and helmets deep within the gun turret is very similar to the gun crew (who were wearing similar gear) shot of the Death Star from Star Wars?

That's because Lucas modelled the Star Wars bad guys from Nazis.
