Get over yourselves haters!

This film is no better or worse than the bulk of 60s and 70s WWII thrillers. They're outrageous. They're far-fetched. But they hit the right buttons and their good at what they do: escapist entertainment with some dabbles of reality. Tough guy movies about "the greatest war". The only mistake this one made was associating it with the overrated 1961 film. Speaking of which, I enjoy this short, fast-paced and well-shot picture much much more.
