Lots of Barbara Bach........

I finally got around to watching this movie last night because I'm a huge Harrison Ford fan. I went into it expecting a classic WWII movie but was taken way back when Barbara Bach showed up and then showed her goods. Does anyone know if that was all her or did she use a body double?

TMNT forever!

That was all her. You can tell quite easily that it is her if I remember correctly. Quite shocking to see female nudity in this movie when one did not expect such. I saw it when it hit the theatres and it (the nudity) made a big impression on me as young as I was...

reply

Yeah that was her. She showed a lot more in Ecco Noi Per Esempio tho.

reply

Would you say you were taken aback? Rather like Miss Bach in the movie then.

reply

Yeah you could say that.

TMNT forever!

If you have doubts I'm certain that a Mr. Richard Starkey can verify...LOL

Perhaps it was after seeing this film that Mr Starkey decided to propose?

reply

Actually, I read in LIFE magazine (the June 1981 issue) that Mr. Starkey proposed after they both survived a really bad car crash that they were both in. I think he was tanked at the time and they were dating and he really busted up his car with her in it, but they both walked away with nary a scratch. They seem to have felt at the time that this somehow meant that they were destined to 'be together', so they tied the knot. Life magazine had a pretty good photo shoot of the wedding. Paul and George came with their wives and kids, but naturally John was absent because he had been killed 6 months earlier. I don't remember seeing Yoko in the pictures. I do remember Paul playing "She'll be coming round the mountain when she comes" and Ringo doing drums on some overturned champagne buckets. Good Times....

Who gives a *beep* about the Beatles...they are way over rated...but miss Bach isn't

Entertaining movie in more ways than one - long live Barbara Bach & The Beatles!

Phoney Beatlemania has bitten the dust....

I just watched it for my first time and seeing Barbara Bach naked was cool but I liked how Han shot first in this one as well.

Not only were her bitties visible in the movie, but it was rated PG for crying out loud.

Clash of the Titans had more bitties in it and was PG too.

....the 70's and early 80's.

Naked breasts in movies don't necessarily make it a "R."

It depends on the situation they're portrayed in. With no sexuality involved, they're allowed to be shown, but only for a certain amount of time.
