Which one do you prefer?
Crippled Avengers gets my vote.

I have both and Venoms is better. Avengers is still wicked still, but Venoms has a cooler story, I thought.

Oh man, that's a tough one. Both are awesome. For nostalgia, Five Venoms would get my vote however, it's not my #1 favourite Venom flick.

My favourite Venom films:

1/Kid with the Golden Arm
2/Five Venoms
3/Crippled Avengers
4/Invincible Shaolin
5/Ten Tigers of Kwang Tung

5 Deadly Venoms is the best. Crippled Avengers is good, but 5 Deadly just flows better.

Crippled Avengers had that awesome fight scene near the end with the rings and showed how good the Venomous really were if you gave them room to cut lose. Crippled Avengers gets my vote.

But I especially liked them in Daredevils.

5 Deadly Venoms..... even though Crippled Avengers had more action overall.

"The Five Venoms" gets my vote. It is a more complex, more atmospheric and IMHO a more innovative movie than "Crippled Avengers", with more (melo)drama - which is something CC was quite brilliant at, I think.
But do not get me wrong... "Crippled Avengers" is one of my Venom faves - and definitely a classic.
