where this congressman blows his head off at a meeting?
if it is can someone post a link to that scene?

You mean R. Budd Dwyer? According to Wikipedia his entire press conference is in FoD 5 completely uncut.

Thanks for posting that, I'd never seen the aftermath(ie: blood coming out of his nose like a faucet) before. God that was sick.

I genuinely don't find the incident shocking. Anything where the "victim" is willing just doesn't seem bad. What I find really upsetting is the whole situation that led to it.

I got some video out of Film Threat with a bunch of weird avant guarde shorts on it and whatnot. That footage was used as the end credits!
