Vogue fashion shoots meets murder : influence for Argento's 'Tenebrae'?

Watched this recently, and while it is certainly flawed, I found this quite enjoyable. Obviously the film has a hammy script and it doesn't quite gel at times, but the basic idea and some of the ridiculous 'fashion' sequences make it worth the while. I was struck by by European the film felt, there is a real feel of an Italian giallo here. This then got me thinking that actually, it would appear quite obvious that this film probably influenced Argento (at least partially) to make 'Tenebrae', which is very much along the same 'Vogue fashion shoot meets murder' lines.

I think a double bill of 'The Eyes of Laura Mars' and 'Tenebrae' would be really great.

The fact that the killer had leather gloves on with the nudity gives it a few Giallo points.

I thought it gave more influence to the Giallo Delirium. I actually liked this better though. I think it is because of Faye.
