Who took the poster photograph?

Of Faye with the eyes and such, does anyone know?

reply

If I'm not mistaken, the original photo that was the basis of that poster art was actually a pic of Faye taken by Francesco Scavullo. I believe it's the same photo that's used as the "About the Author" portion of the prop Laura Mars photo book in the actual film.

It could be the same photographer but that's not the same picture, the angle is different.

The angle looks a little different, and it might be a different still. But I'm fairly certain it's from the same Scavullo photo shoot with Faye Dunaway. This is mentioned somewhere in print. Maybe Jon Peters' book? If I can find the source of that, I'll post it here.

But yes, the angle is a tad different in that one still I posted, as that was the only one I could find upon an immediate search. If you look at the sequence in the film that shows what is supposed to be the pic of Laura Mars that's like an author bio, it's clearly cut from the same cloth. I'll post again if I can find out more, because I know I read this somewhere.

Yes I think it may be from the same shoot, but I can't find the actual picture =(
