Scene at mental institution question...

At the mental institution in one scene where Sonny & Marlon are outside sitting on a bench talking, there is another patient on the bench asleep. It looked to me like the guy was actor William Hickey. But that character is not listed in the movie credits. Does anyone know if that was him or not??
